Sculpting & Mould Making
Our ability to sculpt, mould, cast, sand and finish these pieces entirely in-house means we can maintain tight control over quality, colour and detail from start to finish. We work extensively with beauty and fragrance brands as a trusted partner for factice manufacture. Brands come to us for flawless bottle replicas, oversized product forms and high‑shine sculptural elements.
For projects that require durability and consistent replication, we also offer rotational casting using our own roto‑caster. This process allows us to create strong, lightweight, hollow forms ideal for retail environments. Notably, we produced all of the Tory Burch embossed plinths using this process. Each one crisp, consistent and built to withstand the demands of busy stores.
