Dialling up the nostalgia, we brought M·A·C’s Squirt Balm pop up to life with a bold, high energy installation at Boots, Liffey Valley.
Inspired by a playful noughties aesthetic, the space was designed around a vibrant colour palette and a mix of iconic throwback references. From oversized candy rings to Tamagotchi inspired details, we translated the campaign into a fully immersive retail environment that felt fun, expressive and instantly eye catching.
Hero props took centre stage, including large scale Squirt Balm factices that showcased the product in an impactful, sculptural way. Supporting elements such as a giant yo yo, lollipop and neon green cassette DJ booth were designed, manufactured and finished in house, adding layers of personality and visual interest throughout the space.
To enhance the interactive experience, we reimagined a claw grab machine from a previous activation, recladding it with Rubik’s cube inspired panels to tie into the nostalgic theme and give customers the chance to win prizes with purchase.
From concept development through to artwork, production and installation, we delivered a cohesive and playful pop up that captured the spirit of the campaign and drew customers into the world of Squirt Balm.
