Hello Flamingo was commissioned by luxury fashion brand Retori to design, develop and deliver a temporary pop-up installation within Harrods Designer Collections.
Retori’s Chapter 04 theme, Inner Cosmos, combines architectural forms with atmospheric elements to create a striking retail space that balances storytelling with product display. Drawing inspiration from the work of Gustavo Nazareno and the sculptural interiors of Salotto Retori, the installation centered around a sweeping curved backdrop, textured concrete finishes and a dramatic cloud-like mesh feature suspended across the wall.
From concept development and technical drawings through to fabrication, project management and installation, Hello Flamingo delivered the project in collaboration with Retori, creating an immersive retail moment that supported both the collection launch and wider PR activity.
The installation was developed as a fully modular system and included a bespoke curved display rail, custom plinths, mirror feature and sculptural mesh elements, all designed specifically for the space.
