For this weeks #TBT post, we’ve gathered some of our favourites from 2017/18, to celebrate the lovely sunshine we’ve been having, we’re sharing some bright, colourful window and store displays.
Matches – London Fashion Week Window Displays February 2017
For London Fashion Week Matches asked Hello Flamingo to create windows for their Ledbury Road and Marylebone stores. These windows showcased Roksanda and Stella McCartney, among others.
From bespoke steel frame that housed cut lettering to recessed shapes to fit the beautifully crafted handbags perfectly, these windows were curated to compliment the designers works and made really beautiful displays.
Browns – Jean Michel Basquiat collaboration – August 2017
In conjunction with the exhibition held at The Barbican, back in 2017 of iconic neo-expressionist, Jean-Michel Basquiat. Browns’ creative team approached Hello Flamingo to build inspired displays for their South Molton Street store.
As part of the scheme, windows adorned enlarged prints of the artist work – along with garments from the collection. Large paper prints filled other windows, with hand sketches, notes. Plinths and windows had the highly recognisable ‘crown’ and ‘SAMO’ logos.
