Bringing Origins’ Mega Mushroom range to life, we collaborated with the brand to create an immersive pop-up and event experience at Somerset House.

Inspired by the exhibition Mushrooms: The Art, Design and Future of Fungi, the installation transformed illustrated artwork into intricate 3D paper sculptures, crafted using sustainable and recyclable materials. Richly coloured mushroom forms were layered to create striking visual moments, from suspended chandelier installations to large scale archways that guided visitors through the space.

Set against a lush moss wall, the product displays felt rooted in nature, balancing organic textures with refined presentation. The experience extended into the evening event, where bespoke mushroom installations framed entrances and delicately detailed table settings, creating a cohesive and atmospheric environment.

From concept development through to fabrication and installation, the result was a thoughtfully crafted, design led activation that blended storytelling, sustainability and brand experience.
