Working with the design brief from the client, which was:
“The inspiration behind the window was our Muses – the women that we buy for each season. My intention was to represent each woman in a series of looks and make them more ‘real’ by adding a fabulous but natural hair style to each mannequin. A simple theme was really key here as I wanted the focus to be really all about the men and women we were representing.’
Words representing the different types of MATCHESFASHION.COM client, including ‘The Romantic’, ‘The Fashion Intellectual’ and ‘The Minimalist’, were cut from Foamex and then hand wrapped by the inhouse prop making team with black and white yarn.
The scheme ran from inside the store suspended above mannequins into the windows of the Ledbury Road, Marylebone High Street and Wimbledon stores.
The design looks so impactful and sits perfectly within the store with the styling of the mannequins.
